Sarah Elizabeth Rood has a passion for writing small-town romance novels with just the right amount of spice. She discovered her love for writing after taking a creative writing class in high school, writing poems, short stories, and journaling whenever she got the chance. Her love for books and reading were passed onto her by her grandfather Sidney. She is married to the love of her life and has a blended family that they share. Sarah and her husband share three beautiful girls, Skylar, Mackenzie, and Brianna.

She spends her time reading all the latest suspense thrillers and romance novels, being outdoors with her four adopted dogs, and spending time with friends and family. When there's free time she loves taking trips with her family to new places and trying new restaurants. Her passion for food goes hand and hand with her passion for writing. Trying new foods and cooking is always mentioned in her novels. 

Sarah grew up in Wooster, Ohio with a big family. She has three siblings that she loves dearly, Kelly, Rob, and Dylan who she sees often. She now resides in a smaller town close to her hometown in Orrville, Ohio. Sarah's biggest passions are her love for her family, books, cooking, and music.
